This program operates out of 712FIT in a private training classroom designed specifically for structured, high-quality athlete development.

Drop-In Option

$25 per session

A simple option for athletes who want to join a session without committing to the monthly program.

  • Single-session rate
  • Great for trying the program first
  • Subject to available space
Monthly Program

$200/month

Best for athletes who want structured, ongoing training and consistent progress throughout the month.

  • 8 sessions per month (2x/week)
  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
  • Optional Thursday session if needed
  • Recurring billing every 30 days
  • Sessions must be used within the purchased month
  • Unused sessions do not roll over
712FIT Membership

$25/month

Monthly program athletes are also required to have a 712FIT membership.

  • Required for monthly program participation
  • Includes full gym access through 712FIT
  • Added separately to the program rate

Monthly program total: $225/month
($200 program fee + $25 required 712FIT membership)
